Gongura Rajma Curry

Ingredients:

1.Gongura
2.Tomatoes
3.Onions
4.Rajma
5.Cinnamon stick
6.Cloves
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Coriander seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Garam masala powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder
13.Malai
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook rajma for 4-5 whistles.
2.Meanwhile saute gongura leaves in a pan for few minutes till tender.
3.Take another pan heat some oil,add cinnamon,cloves,ginger garlic paste,onion paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
4.Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes,now add cooked rajma and mix well.
5.Now add frie gongura leaves,rajma stock,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and mix well.
6.Add salt,red chilli powder and mix well,cook for few minues,transfer into a bowl,garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
