Sorakaya Boorelu

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya
2.Cardamom
3.Jaggery
4.Dry coconut powder
5.Wheat flour
6.Rice flour
7.Ghee
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Gasagasalu

Preparation:

1.Melt 1 cup jaggery in a pan by adding some water.
2.Heat some ghee in another pan,add sorakaya grated and saute for few minutes till moisture evaporates.
3.Take a bowl add rice flour,fried sorakaya grated,dry coconut powder,wheat flour 2 tbsp,cardamom powder and mix well with jaggery syrup.
4.Mix well all the ingredients evenly,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Grease a plastic cover with some ghee or oil and press the dough mixture into thin layered chapathi,drop into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour,repeat the same process for other s and serve hot.
