2.Fenugreek Seeds
4.Green chillies
5.Chana dal
6.Cumin seeds
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Curry leaves
10.Tempering seeds


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and fry for a minute.
2.Add turmeric powder,tamarind juice,salt and bring it to boil.
3.Prepare masala powder (dry roast rice,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,chana dal) dissolve in water and add to the boiling pan without any lumps.
4.Cook for few minutes on medium flame,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
