Ingredients:

1.Fish
2.Chintha chiguru
3.Fenugreek leaves
4.Onions
5.Green chillies
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Garam masala powder
11.Tamarind
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies and saute till nice brown colour.
2.Add fenugreek leaves and fry,add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
3.Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.add marinated fish pieces (marinate with salt,turmeric powder) and give it gentle stir.
4.Cover and cook for 5 min,add tamarind juice,some water and cook for another few minutes by covering a lid.
5.Add chintha chiguru and give a gentle mix,sprinkle some garam masala powder and mix well,cover and cook for another 2 min till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
