Vankaya pachi Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Brinjal
2.Tamarind
3.Onions
4.Tempering seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil
8.Jaggery
9.Hing
10.Red chilli powder

Preparation:

1.Fry brinjal on direct flame evenly for few minutes,peel the skin and mash it n a bowl.
2.In the same bowl add onions,tamarind juice,red chilli powder,salt,jaggery and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,dry red chillies,hing and saute for few seconds,switch off the flame and pour in vankaya pachi pulusu and mix well.
