Ingredients:

1.Toor dal
2.Tamarind
3.Sorakaya
4.Gummadikaya
5.Dosakaya
6.Brinjal
7.Beerakaya
8.Tomatoes
9.Green chillies
10.Coriander leaves
11.Curry leaves
12.Pudina
13.Onions
14.Tempering seeds
15.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pressure pan add toor dal,tomatoes,beerakaya pieces,gummadikaya,sorakaya,dosakaya,onions,green chillies,brinjals and some water,pressure cook for 5-6 whistles.
2.Now add tamarind juice,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,garlic cloves,hing and saute for few seconds till they start spluttering,once done pour in dal mixture and mix well,serve hot with garnished pudina,coriander leaves.
