Egg Stuffed Keema Koftha

Ingredients:

1.Keema
2.Eggs
3.Potatoes
4.Coriander leaves
5.Sweet corn
6.Ajinomoto
7.Salt to taste
8.Corn flour
9.Green chillies
10.Ginger
11.Garam masala powder
12.Chat masala powder
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add keema,boiled and grated potato,ginger green chilli paste,garam masala powder,salt,ajinomoto,chat masala powder,corn flour,coriander leaves and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Break 1 egg in a small bowl add some salt and whisk it.
4.Apply some oil to your palms,take keema mixture and spread it,place the boiled egg slice in keema mixture and roll it.
5.Repeat the same process for others,coat with roughly crushed sweet corn mixture.
6.Dip the rolls in egg mixture and drop them in hot oil and dee fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
