Capsicum Gummadikaya Carrot Curry

Ingredients:

1.Capsicum
2.Gummadikaya
3.Carrot
4.Green chillies
5.Chana dal
6.Tempering seeds
7.Oil
8.Salt to taste
9.Ginger
10.Curry leaves
11.Dried red chillies

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds and fry for few seconds,add dried red chillies,curry leaves and fry for a minute.
2.Add carrot,capsicum and mix well,add soaked chana dal and fry for few minutes.
3.Add gummadikaya pieces and give it a mix,add green chilli ginger paste and mix well.Add some salt to taste and saute.
4.Add some water as required,cover and cook for few minutes till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
