Ingredients:

1.Spinach
2.Beans
3.Carrot
4.Green peas
5.Tomatoes
6.Onions
7.Cumin seeds
8.Coriander powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Butter
11.Turmeric powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Coriander leaves
14.Garlic cloves
15.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some water in a pan,add beans,carrot,green peas and bring it to boil by covering a lid.
2.Boil spinach in water and blend into a thick puree.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,garlic chopped,onions and fry for a minute.
4.Add tomatoes and fry till tender,now add boiled veggies and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
5.Add spinach puree and fry for another few minutes till raw smell goes off.Add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and cook for 5 min.
6.Finally add coriander powder,mix well.Add some butter and saute,cover and cook for another 5 min.Serve hot.
