1.Rice flour
2.Fenugreek leaves
3.Cumin seeds
4.Salt to taste
7.Curry leaves
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
10.Tempering seeds


1.Take a deep bowl add rice flour,cumin seeds,salt and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Take a sev presser,place the dough mixture and press it on idli plates in circular motion by greasing some oil.
3.Now steam cook the sev for few minutes till done.Heat some oil in another pan.
4.Add tempering seeds,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,fenugreek leaves,curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
5.Add green chilli paste,onions and fry for few minutes by covering a lid.Finally add steam cooked sev and mix well.Serve hot
