Kakarakaya Pulusu Pachadi

Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu
2.Tamarind
3.Jaggery
4.Onions
5.Curry leaves
6.Tempering seeds
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Hing
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,kakarakayalu,salt and mix well.Cover and cook for 5 min.
2.Add onions,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,jaggery,tamarind juice and mix well.
3.Cook for few minutes till it attains thick consistency,add pinch of hing and give it a good mix.Serve hot.
