Uchinthakaya Ulli Karam Koora

Ingredients:

1.Uchinthakayalu
2.Onions
3.Dried red chillies
4.Garlic cloves
5.Cumin seeds
6.Mustard seeds
7.Urad dal
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil

Preparation:

1.Coarsly crush Uchinthakayalu and remove the seeds,clean and keep aside.
2.Pound dried red chillies,cumin seeds,salt,garlic,onions into coarse paste.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add red chillies,urad dal,cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
4.Add Uchinthakayalu and mix well,cover and cook for few minutes till tender,add ground onion paste and mix well.
5.Cover and cook for another few minutes,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
