Keema Vankaya Bajji

Ingredients:

1.Brinjal
2.Mutton
3.Besan flour
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Onions
6.Cardamom
7.Cinnamon
8.Cloves
9.Shajeera
10.Salt
11.Red chilli powder
12.Cooking soda
13.Oil

Preparation
:


1.Boil brinjals (cut into 4 quarters) in a pan by adding some water,salt.
2.Blend cinnamon,shajeera,cloves,cardamom and blend well.Add mutton keema,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and blend well.
3.Drain brinjals into a separate bowl,now stuff keema mixture in brinjals and keep aside.
4.Heat oil for deep frying,Combine besan flour,red chilli powder,salt,cooking soda and mix well with water into a smooth batter.
5.Dip stuffed brinjals in batter,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
