Kakarakaya Pulusu Fry

Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu
2.Tamarind
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Cumin powder
7.Peanuts powder
8.Garlic cloves
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil kakarakaya pieces in tamarind juice by adding turmeric,cook for few minutes by covering a lid.
2.Rest aside for cool down the pieces,meanwhile heat sufficient oil in a pan.
3.Now deep fry the kakarakaya pieces till nice golden brown colour,transfer into a bowl.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add curry leaves,green chillies and fry for a minutes,keep aside.
5.In the same pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dried red chilli,curry leaves,garlic and fry for couple of minutes.
6.Add salt,red chilli powder,fried kakarakayalu and mix well evenly.Fry for few minutes,add peanuts powder,cumin powder and give it a good mix,serve hot with fried green chillies,curry leaves.
