2.Chana dal
3.Mustard seeds
4.Green chillies
5.Turmeric powder
6.Cashew nuts
7.Curry leaves
8.Tamarind juice
9.Salt to taste
10.Urad dal
11.Tempering seeds
12.Dried red chillies


1.Wash and drain panasapottu thoroughly under water.
2.Pressure cook panasapottu for 1 whistle till its done.
3.Drain the water with a strainer and keep aside.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,cumin,mustard seeds,dried red chillies and saute for few seconds.
5.Add cashew nuts,green chillies,curry leaves and saute,add panasapottu,tamarind pulp,turmeric,salt and mix well.Cook for few minutes and serve hot.
