Ingredients:

1.Chaamadumpalu
2.Maida
3.Besan flour
4.Corn flour
5.Curd
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Green chillies
11.Onions
12.Curry leaves
13.Lemon juice
14.Ginger garlic paste
15.Soya sauce
16.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Boil and peel chamadumpalu into thin slices and deep fry till nice golden colour.
2.Take a bowl add fried chamadumpalu to this add corn flour,maida,besan flour,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,curd and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Prepare a thick pakodi batter.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,onions and fry for few minutes.
6.Add soya sauce and mix well,finally add fried chamadumpalu and give it a good mix.Cook for a mixute,transfer into a plate,squeeze a lemon.Serve hot.
