Ingredients:

1.Moong dal
2.Onions
3.Coconut milk
4.Tomatoes
5.Green chillies
6.Ginger
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Oil
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Tempering seeds
13.Turmeric powder
14.Lemon juice

Preparation:

1.Take a pan,add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
2.Take a pressure pan,add moong dal,onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger and some water.Cook for 4 whistles.
3.Add pinch of turmeric,red chilli powder,salt to boiling coconut milk.
4.Now add moong dal paste to the coconut milk and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add temerping seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves,transfer into coconut mixture and give it a mix.Sprinkle some coriander leaves.Cool down the mixture and squeeze a lemon.
