Ingredients:

1.Beerakaya
2.Tomatoes
3.Tamarind
4.Garlic
5.Onions
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Tamarind
10.Salt
11.Turmeric powder
12.Coriander powder
13.Tempering seeds
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pressure pan,add beerakaya pieces,green chillies,onions,tomatoes,tamarind,garlic,coriander leaves,coriander powder,turmeric powder.
2.Pressure cook for 3 whistles till done.Mash well with wooden spatula.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,garlic and saute for a minute.
4.Transfer tempering mixture in beerakaya mixture and mix well,transfer into a bowl and serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
