1.Moong dal
4.Cashew nuts
6.Cardamom powder
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan,add soaked and grinded moong dal paste,coconut milk,sugar,some water and cook for few minutes till it turns into a thick dough.
2.Keep stirring the mixture continuously ,once done add fried dry fruits,cardamom powder,ghee and mix well.
3.Spread a wet cloth in a plate,transfer the mixture and spread it evenly into a layer.
4.Rest aside to cool down the mixture and cut into desired shapes,now deep fry the pieces into nice golden colour and serve hot.
