Saggu Biyyam Vegetable Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1.Sagoo
2.Rice
3.Carrot
4.Peanuts
5.Pomegranate
6.Apple
7.Cashew nuts
8.Cherry fruits
9.Red chillies
10.Green chillies
11.Oil
12.Turmeric powder
13.Salt to taste
14.Lemon juice
15.Coriander leaves
16.Curry leaves

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry sagoo till they puff up and keep aside in a bowl.
2.Fry peanuts,cashew nuts and keep aside in the same bowl.
3.In the same pan add tempering seeds,red chillies,green chillies,curry leaves,cooked rice combined with some turmeric powder,salt and add to frying pan.
4.Finally add fried sagoo,cashew nuts,peanuts,salt and mix well evenly.Switch off the flame,add carrot chopped,pomegranatae,apple pieces,cherry fruits,coriander leaves,lemon juice and give it a good mix.Serve hot.
