7.Dried red chillies
16.Black pepper corns
1.Dry roast all ingredients (Dried red chillies,pepper corns,cardamom,cloves,badam,coriander seeds) till fragrant.
2.Blend along with cumin seeds into a fine powder.Add this blended mixture to chicken and mix well evenly by adding required amount of salt.
3.Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
4.Melt some ghee in a pan,add in onions and saute till golden brown colour.Add boiled baby potatoes,marinated chicken and mix well.
5.Add turmeric powder,coriander and mint leaves and cook well.
6.Add yogurt,green chillies and mix well evenly,cook for another few minutes till chicken is completely cooked by covering with a lid.
7.Add ginger juliannes and give it a nice stir.Serve hot with rotis and hot rice.
