1.Dry roast garam masala ingredients for few minutes till fragrant,keep aside and cool down the mixture.
2.Take a deep bowl cut down all the ingredients raw papaya, onions,green chillies,pudina,coriander,tomatoes and blend all the ingredients together into a fine paste.
3.Blend garam masala ingredients into a fine powder and keep aside.
4.Now combine mutton keema along with blended garam masala powder,blended masala mixture,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,putnala powder and mix well evenly.
5.Marinate the mixture for around 20 minutes and blend once again.
6.Heat some oil in a flat pan and place the prepares kebabs,cover and cook till done.
7.Serve hot with garnished onion mixture.
