Aloo Choley Makhana
5.Red chilli powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Pomegranate seed powder
9.Chana masala powder
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add in lotus seeds and saute for few minutes till nice golden colour.
2.Remove the lotus seeds and transfer into a bowl.In the same pan add in some more oil,add onions,salt and mix well.
3.Saute till light golden brown colour,add ginger garlic paste an fry till raw smell leaves.
4.Add in turmeric,red chilli powder, tomatoes and cook till soft and pulpy.
5.Add pomegranate seed powder,chana masala powder and mix well.Add boiled chole,boiled potatoes cut into pieces and some water as required.
6.Cover and cook till it attains gravy consistency,add green chillies,ginger juliannes and tomato slices.Mix well.
7.Add fried lotus seeds and gently mix.Serve hot with pooris.
