Salli Boti Korma
1.Salli (French fries)
4.Red chilli powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Garam masala powder

1.Heat some oil in a pressure pan,add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
2.Add mutton and mix well on high heat till mutton changes its colour.
3.Add coriander,cumin,garam masala,red chilli,turmeric powder and mix well.Saute for around 2 minutes.
4.Add yogurt and mix well,cook till mixture releases oil around the pan.
5.Add 1 cup of water and mix well,cook for 1 whistle and lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
6.When pressure releases completely and add shallots,cook for another 5 minutes.
7.Add salli and mix well,transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with salli and coriander leaves.Serve hot.
