1.Potatoes boiled and mashed
7.Ginger garlic paste
10.Red chilli powder
1.Take a deep bowl, combine wheat flour and maida by adding some salt,buttermilk and water.
2.Prepare a smooth dough and rest aside for few minutes.
3.Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,add in onions,salt,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,turmeric,mint leaves and red chilli powder,coriander and cumin powder.Mix well all the masalas.
4.Add boiled and mashed potato mixture and mix well evenly.Coat well all the masalas to potato mixture.Switch off the flame and drizzle some lemon juice and mix well.
5.Knead well the dough and prepare chapathis,cut them into 2 quarters and place potato mixture and fold it into a triangular shape.
6.Gently stick the edges with some water and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till light brown colour.Serve with fried green chillies.
