Beerakaya Pottu Kaaram
2.Dried red chillies
1.Peel out the beerakaya skin with a grater and keep aside.Now blend the mixture along with dried red chillies,cumin seeds,salt,turmeric and garlic.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add blended mixture and saute for few minutes till fragrant.Transfer into a plate and dry under sunlight for half a day.Serve along with plain hot rice.
