13.Ginger garlic paste
14.White pepper powder
15.Garam masala powder
1.Boil mushrooms for 2-3 minutes in a pan by adding turmeric powder and salt.
2.Heat some oil in a pan add in cashew nuts,onions,coriander stems,green chillies and tomatoes.
3.Cook on slow flame for few minutes and blend into a fine paste.
4.Melt some butter in a pan add in ginger garlic paste and saute.Add in white pepper powder,turmeric powder.
5.Add blended paste and mix well,add some water as required.Cover and cook for another 4 minutes.
6.Add paneer pieces and mushrooms,mix well.Add garam masala powder and mix well.Cover and cook for another few minutes.
7.Finally add green chillies,fresh cream and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
