Basic Egg Curry with Tomato
4.Ginger and garlic grated
9.Garam masala powder
10.Black pepper powder
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add in mustard seeds,ginger and garlic grated and saute for few minutes.
2.Add green chillies,curry leaves and onions and mix well.Cook on low flame till onions are soft and tender.
3.Add in pre cooked tomato puree,coriander powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder and salt.Give it a good mix.
4.Add in boiled eggs,Cover and cook on low flame till gravy thickens.Add lots off coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot with hot rice.
