4.Dried red chillies
15.Red chilli powder
1.Dry roast pepper corns,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,carom seeds,red chillies till fragrant on low flame.
2.Blend roasted ingredients along with pomegranate powder,black salt,salt.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add in boiled and peeled potatoes and fry till nice golden colour.
4.Transfer into a bowl,sprinkle roasted masala powder on potatoes.Later on transfer onto a serving plate.
5.Sprinkle onions,tomatoes,green chillies,sweet chutney,mint chutney and curd.
6.Squeeze half a lemon and garnish with corinader leaves.Serve immediately.
