3.Bombay ravva (Semolina)
1.Take a large deep bowl,add in kova,paneer,maida,sugar,cooking soda,cardamom powder,bombay ravva and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Knead gently by adding little water or milk and prepare a smooth dough.
3.Prepare small round balls with the dough and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown colour.Add balls in prepared sugar syrup.
4.Meanwhile heat 1 litre milk till it turns half,add sugar as required,saffron water and mix well.
5.Remove jamoons into a serving plate,add rabdi on top and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
