Street Style Bhunna Chicken
2.Dried red chillies
4.Dry coconut slices
15.Ginger garlic paste
17.Cashew nut powder
1.Dry roast red chillies,coriander seeds,dried coconut slices,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,pepper corns,star anise till nice aroma.
2.Cool the dry roasted and blend into a fine powder.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add in curry leaves and chopped onions and some salt,saute till nicely coloured.
4.Add turmeric powder,cumin,fennel powder,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw flavour is all gone.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes,add in tomato puree and mix well till tomato puree becomes dry.
6.Add in blended masala mixture,cashew nut powder and mix well.Cover and cook on low heat till all masalas induce in chicken.Serve hot.
