Coastal Style Fried Pomfret
2.Dried red chillies

16.Bombay ravva (Semolina)
1.Blend red chillies,cloves,cinnamon,onions,coriander seeds,pepper corns,cardamom,ginger and garlic,fennel seeds,tamarind,vinegar,turmeric and sugar,blend into a fine paste.
2.Cut the pomfret fish into shelves and make gashes,apply the blended mixture to the fish with a spoon all over.
3.Combine semolina and maida with some salt,sprinkle on masala applied an tap it.
4.Apply mixture on both sides of fish and repeat the same process.Shallow fry the fish pieces till nice golden colour and serve hot.
