Tomato Kurma With Green Peas
6.Garam masala powder
7.Red chilli powder
10.Ginger garlic paste
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt,turmeric powder,curry leaves and mix well till it lightly turns golden in colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes.
3.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder and tomatoes,green peas.Mix well.
4.Cover and cook for 2 minutes,remove the lid and add some sugar as required,give it a stir.
5.Add some garam masala powder,spring onions and give it a good mix.Switch off the flame and add curd (Yogurt).Mix well and serve hot with chapathis.
