Stir Fried Plantain With Yogurt
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Red chilli powder
1.Take a deep bowl,add rice flour,salt,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and mix well by adding some water as required.
2.Now add plantain pieces in the slurry and coat well.
3.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,add coated plantain pieces in the hot oil and deep fry till nice golden and crisp.Transfer onto a paper napkin.
4.Heat some oil for tempering,add in dried red chillies,mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal and saute till light brown colour.
5.Add turmeric powder,curry leaves,chopped garlic and green chillies,saute for few minutes.
6.Add salt,red chilli powder,pepper powder,coriander leaves and mix well.
7.Add yogurt and cook for a minute,add in fried plantains and mix well,toss well till mixture turns dry by adding lemon juice.Switch off the flame,serve hot.
