Tomato with Mint & Coriander Chutney
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,urad dal and saute till slight golden colour.
2.Add tamarind,green chillies,mint leaves,coriander leaves and fry till leaves turn dark in colour.
3.Add tomatoes and some water,salt as required and mix wel.Cover and cook for few minutes till tomatoes get nicely mashed.
4.Blend the mixture after cooling at room temperature,transfer into a bowl.
5.For tempering heat required amount of oil,add mustard,cumin seeds,chana dal,dried red chillies,urad dal and saute till light golden brown colour.
6.Add hing,curry leaves and saute well,transfer into blended chutney and serve with hot rice.
