Drum Stick Brinjal & Moong Dal Curry
6.Ginger garlic paste
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt and saute till onions are translucent.
2.Add drum stick pieces and brinjal,mix well.Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes chopped,green chillies,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well evenly.
4.Cover and cook for few minutes till tomatoes get mashed well.Add soaked moong dal to frying pan and mix well.
5.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,cover and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame and serve hot.
