Multigrain Laddoo - Diwali Special
1.Whole Moong dal
1.Dry roast whole moong dal,rice and wheat into light brown colour and cool them at room temperature.
2.Blend all the roasted ingredients along with peanuts and cashew nuts.
3.Take the mixture into a bowl and mix well evenly,add roasted coconut,cardamom powder and keep aside.
4.Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup in a pan by adding little water and keep stirring the mixture until jaggery melts evenly.
5.Add blended mixture to the jaggery pan and mix well without forming any lumps.
6.Add ghee and mix well till it attains mass consistency,switch off the flame and transfer into a bowl.
7.Cool the mixture for a while, start preparing laddoos by applying ghee to your palms.Serve and enjoy for this Diwali..!!!!
