1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add jowar flour,cashew nuts and raisins,saute till nice fragrant.
2.Switch off the flame and add some milk in between to prepare the mixture into a paste consistency.
3.Keep stirring the mixture without forming any lumps.Add mashed banana and mix well evenly.
4.Switch on the flame,now add sugar,jaggery its upto you.Keep stirring the mixture till jaggery melts evenly.
5.Keep stirring the mixture until it leaves the ghee around the pan.Finally add some cardamom powder and mix well.Switch off the flame and scoop out some mixture into a bowl,garnish with any dry fruit whichever and serve.
