Oats and Coconut Payasam
1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add cashew nuts,raisins and saute till light golden colour.
2.Add oats,grated coconut and saute till fragrant,add milk,some water as required and cook for around 5 minutes.
3.Cook till oats attains smooth consistency.Add sugar and mix well till sugar melts evenly.
4.Sprinkle some cardamom powder,switch off the flame and give it a good mix.Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
