Paneer Thawa Koftha Curry
6.Crushed pepper powder
9.Chopped ginger and garlic

1.Take a deep bowl,add in grated panner,bottle gourd,coriander leaves,green chillies,salt,maida,pepper powder and mix well all together evenly.
2.Prepare dumplings and keep slightly flatten them and keep aside.
3.Heat some oil in flat pan,place dumplings on pan and cook on both sides till nice golden in colour.
4.For gravy preparation:Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,chopped ginger and garlic,salt and saute till onions turn into slight golden in colour.
5.Add turmeric powder,tomato puree,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.Add little water as required for gravy consistency.
6.Add capsicum chopped,lil bit sugar and mix well,cook for another 2 minutes.
7.Arrange tikkis on a plate,pour sauce on tikkis,Sprinkle some spring onions and serve hot.
