Mushroom and Capsicum Fried Rice
3.Ginger and garlic chopped
10.Coriander leaves chopped
1.Heat a kadai or non stick pan,add ginger,garlic,onion and green chilli finely chopped and saute for few seconds.
2.To avoid burning the butter, we just now add the butter,salt to the pan and saute till it melts evenly.
3.Add mushrooms,capsicum pieces to the frying pan,saute around for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add cooked rice,MSG,pepper powder,tomato ketchup and soya sauce,mix well all the ingredients evenly.
5.Reduce the flame and toss well the rice gently.Sprinkle some spring onions,coriander leaves and finally drizzle some lime juice.Serve hot.
