Green Garam Egg Dosa
1.Green gram dal soaked
1.Blend soaked green gram dal along with green chillies,turmeric,ginger,salt into a fine paste,transfer into a bowl.
2.Take another bowl,combine grated carrot,onions,coriander leaves,ginger,cumin seeds,green chillies and mix well all the ingredients.Sprinkle some salt before preparing dosa.
3.Heat a non stick pan,add batter and spread into a dosa. Drizzle some oil around dosa.
4.Break 2 eggs and spread all over the dosa,sprinkle some crushed pepper and prepared veg mixture.
5.Cover and cook for a minute,turn around the dosa and cook for few seconds.Transfer into a serving plate.Serve hot with chutney.
