Lauki Ki Kheer
1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add grated and squeezed bottle gourd to the hot ghee,saute well for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add 1 litre milk to the hot pan and mix well,cook till milk reduces into half of the quantity.
3.Add sugar as per your taste,sprinkle some cardamom powder,almond flakes and mix well.
4.Cook for another 3-4 minutes till mixture thickens,switch off the flame and sprinkle 2-3 drops of rose water.Let the mixture gets cool down and serve hot with garnished almond flakes.
