1.Heat some ghee in a pressure cooker, add moong dal, chana dal and saute till nice golden colour and fragrant.
2.Add few strands of saffron,add some water as required and cook for 2-3 whistles,simmer the heat and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
3.Add jaggery,cardamom powder,grated coconut,milk and coconut milk,stir well till jaggery melts evenly.
4.Stir well and cook for few minutes till done,transfer into a serving glass and garnish with roasted cashewnuts.
