Kerala Egg Curry
7.Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu)
8.Dahlia (Fried Chana dal)
11.Green chilli chopped
1.Dry roast all masalas (Fennel seeds,Coriander seeds,Cloves,Cardamom,Cinnamon stick,Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu),Dahlia for few minutes.Blend into a fine powder.
2.Heat some coconut oil in a pan,add garlic,ginger,curry leaves,green chillies,bay leaves and onions.
3.Add some turmeric powder and saute for few minutes till onions are translucent.
4.Add some salt,some water,cover and boil for few minutes.
5.Add some water to blended masala and mix well.Add this mixture to boiling pan.Cover and boil for few minutes till it attains thick consistency.
6.Add chopped tomatoes,bring it to boil for another 2 minutes.Add boiled eggs.
7.Squeeze in some lemon juice and some coriander leaves.Serve hot.
