Drum Stick and Dal Soup
11.Leftover dal water
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add drum sticks,garlic,curry leaves,carrot,coriander stems,ginger chopped,green chillies,tomatoes and saute for few minutes.
2.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till mixture is done.add left over cooked dal water to the pan,coconut milk,salt and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
3.Now remove curry leaf stem,coriander stem and drum sticks,set aside.
4.Now blend the boiling mixture in hand blender or blender,prepare into a smooth mixture.
5.Scoop out the meat from drum sticks and add to blended mixture.Serve hot.
