10.Toor dal paste (boiled and make paste)

1.Heat some oil in a apn,add mustard seeds,onions and turmeric powder and mix well for few minutes.
2.Add green chillies,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
3.Add mint leaves,drum sticks and chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
4.Add some salt,chopped tomatoes,tamarind juice and some water as required, bring it to boil by covering with a lid.
5.Add some red chilli powder,sugar,fenugreek seed powder and mix it well.
6.Add toor dal paste to the boiling pan,mix well and boil for few minutes.
7.Crush garlic along with cumin seeds in mortar and pestle,add garlic mixture to boiling pan and mix it well.
8.Bring it one more boil,add boiled and peeled eggs into the pan,let it boil for few more minutes and switch of the flame.Serve hot with rice along with crispy papad.
