Kobbari Paala Juvva Upma

Ingredients:

1.Coconut
2.Juvva ravva
3.Carrot
4.Ginger
5.Tempering seeds
6.Cashew nuts
7.Green chillies
8.Spinach
9.Thotakoora
10.Fenugreek leaves
11.Bachali koora
12.Pudina
13.Coriander leaves
14.Salt to taste
15.Onions
16.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,carrot,green chillies,pudina,thotakoora,spinach,bachalikoora,fenugreek leaves,cashew nuts and saute for few minutes.
2.Fry for few minutes till leaves are tender,add onions,ginger and saute.
3.Now add coconut milk,salt and mix well.Bring it to boil.Add juvva ravva and mix well without any lumps.
4.Cook till done,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
