Cauliflower with Yogurt Gravy
9.Red chilli powder
10.Ginger thinly sliced
16.Garam masala powder
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard fenugreek and stir fry till seeds crackle.
2.Add besan flour and stir fry till nice aroma and light golden colour.
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,green chilli,ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
4.Add yogurt and stir fry for 2 minutes and stir continuously.
5.Add salt,water and bring it to a boil.Add cauliflower florets and cook for 15-18 minutes.Cook till cauliflower gets tender and gravy thickens,once done garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle some garam masala powder.Serve hot.
