Egg Potato Curry
6.Onions chopped finely
9.Ginger garlic paste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Garam masala powder
1.Heat some mustard oil in a pan, let it smoke for a minute.Add boiled potato pieces to the pan and saute for few minutes.
2.Add boiled eggs to the pan, saute along with potato.
3.Remove them into a separate plate, add in cumin seeds,green chillies,chopped onions and saute till onions are slightly coloured.
4.Add salt,pinch of turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute well till raw flavour leaves.
5.Add chopped tomatoes,coriander powder,cumin powder and red chilli powder,mix well.
6.Cook till tomatoes are slightly soft,add some water as required for gravy consistency.
7.Finally add sauted eggs and potatoes to the pan,mix it well.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,chopped coriander leaves and bring it to boil and switch of the flame.Serve hot.
